Purpose: The TigerSTRONG club is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive school community that prioritizes mental health and wellbeing. Our mantra, "You Are More Important Than You Realize," embodies our commitment to recognizing the value and potential of every individual. We aim to:
- Promote Mental Health Awareness: Raise awareness about mental health issues and work towards destigmatizing them within our school and community.
- Encourage Unity and Support: Create a culture where students and staff unite in supporting each other’s mental health and wellbeing.
- Facilitate Open Conversations: Provide a safe space for open dialogue about mental health, encouraging empathy and understanding.
- Guide Towards Resources: Equip our community with knowledge about mental health resources and how to access them.

YOUTH
Suicide is the second leading cause of death for young people between 10 and 24. Sometimes it feels as though your struggle is being underestimated because of your age. But we hear you, and help is available.
