We provide a 24/7 Crisis Hotline for assistance. Each interaction with The Hotline is treated as personal and private.
Additionally, we offer emergency lodging services along with resources to help clients achieve their healing journey.
Many individuals are reluctant to make calls out of fear that their information or story might be shared without their consent. Rest assured, we strictly adhere to a privacy policy where nothing is disclosed without your approval.
Our crisis hotline operates 24/7 and is staffed by trained advocates who are there to support you every step of the way.

Confidentiality and Clients rights
we will review our confidentiality agreement and discuss the rights of the clients.
Intake Process
Here we will ask:
- Client's basic information
- Offender Information
- Recent Incident
At any stage of the intake process, we can skip a question if the client feels uncomfortable answering it.
Determination of Services
Staff will determine what services are required, and which ones can we offer.
If we are unable to provide services we will provide other resources.
Our Mission
The Elmore County Domestic Violence Council’s mission is to provide support to the victims/survivors of domestic violence, family violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking as well as usher the surrounding community toward eliminating these crimes. The ECDVC strives to serve everyone with no relation to education, sexual orientation, marital status, gender, national origin, race, age, relation, or color by providing services that are not only client-centered, but also by promoting choices, safety, and client empowerment.
The ECDVC is dedicated to the task of providing victim services to the surrounding community including emergency shelter, crisis intervention, support services, prevention, information and referral, and education.

ECDVC is committed to providing confidential services.
Staff, volunteers, and other individuals involved in the operations at ECDVC will never reveal personal identifying information about an individual that could identify an individual seeking services, including but not limited to names, sexual orientation, or gender identity without that person's express written consent. Those in violation of this policy can be subject to disciplinary action.
